A naturally sweet herb and may be used as a substitute for sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Indications: May be used in some recipes during cooking; may be added to hot beverages, freshly squeezed citrus juice or desserts to enhance sweetness.Contains no sugar, artificial colours or flavours.Stevia is approximately 200 times sweeter than sugar so only a very small amount is required.Always read the label.  Use only as directed.  If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

Active ingredients per Tablet     
Stevia rebaudiana Ext equiv to dry leaf 180g

Unique Property:

  • Comes in powder or tablets making it convenient anytime you would 
    usually add sugar.
  • Unlike many other natural sweeteners, Stevia has ZERO Calories



Directions for use:

  • Stevia may be added to tea or coffee, freshly squeezed citrus juice,  
    fruit salad, yoghurt, or other desserts to enhance sweetness.
  • Stevia may be used in some recipes for cooking.
  • Stevia is VERY sweet so use very small amounts until you find the 
    appropriate amount for your tastebuds.


Cautions and Contraindications:

  • People with blood sugar problems should monitor their blood glucose levels regularly
  • Stevia does not impair glucose tolerance
