Shipping Costs

Domestic Orders

Within Australia, FREE express delivery for orders over $60.00.  Orders under $60.00 there is a flat $7.70 charge. All orders received by 4pm (EST) are sent the same day, subject to stock availability.  All orders are sent using Australia Express Post with delivery within 2 working days.

International Orders

International parcels are sent using air mail with delivery being within 5 to 10 working days after the order was placed.

To calculate the shipping:-

• Add items to shopping cart
• Click on Calculate Shipping (on the right, under Shopping Cart heading)
• Enter postcode and country 

Shipping Time

Domestic Orders

We understand that you want to receive your order as soon as possible.  So subject to availability of stock, all orders placed and paid for prior to 4pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Australia are dispatched the same day.  You will receive a confirmation email advising that your order has shipped.  Parcels are sent using Express post and personally delivered to your home, within two working days, by an official Australian Government employee, dressed like a mailman.

International Orders

Delivery time for international orders vary in delivery time but can be expected between 5 to 10 working days once the order has been dispatch.  When placing an international order you must observe the relevant country’s importation laws and tax requirements.   BiOrganics cannot be held accountable for parcels stopped or return to us by Customs. Please check with your local authorities for any special requirements. 

Order Status

We will keep you informed of your order status by sending a confirmation shipment email along with your individual order number should you have any queries.
